- A legendary U.S. fighter jet served as inspiration for key design elements of the iconic new 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor. Who would’ve thought? But it's true, for the new 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor, lead exterior designer Tom Liu drew inspiration from Lockheed Martin’s F-22 Raptor fighter jet.

@PJ nah, that ecoboost engine is what keeps the Raptor going. Powerful and surprisingly fuel efficient to make a rare combination of toy and daily truck.

While the TRX steal all of its buyers, I genuinely feel that even with the raptor r that's going to have the V8 it ain't gonna outrun the TRX.
@@ateam6448 That’s a premature statement when there isn’t any info on the Raptor R. A V6 Raptor will do better than a TRX itself off-road. Don’t forget these are off-road trucks , The TRX is too have to outrun the Raptor off-road. There are videos

25 years ago, in tech school. Our professor of Automotive Technologies told us that... when he brings us his $80,000 pickup, he would like to make sure that we know how to repair his $80,000 pick up. We laughed. Because there was no such thing as an $80,000 pickup.
One student even stating... If you pay 80 grand for a pickup... you won't be able to afford to fix it.

I’m just curious, how do you make the statement that it’s made to “dominate” after dodge comes out with a supercharged V8 making over 700 hp but you are still putting the Raptor out with a V6. And to make it worse you already have V8 options you just refuse to give the people what they want
