I am so glad you did the recommendation of james badge dale for anything! I think he is great! I absolutely loved him in a movie called The Empty Man. It has gone on to be one of my favorite horror films of all time. If you guy's haven't had the chance to view it yet, you definitely should. Anyways great funny stuff as always TSL keep up the great work. Always look forward to seeing and hearing you're next videos and livestreams.
The Jason Isaacs suggestion was pretty solid for Loomis. Kiefer Sutherland also just popped in my mind as a potential option. I think he can do quiet intensity really well, but also pop off when he needs to. One last, never going to happen pipe dream suggestion would be Daniel Craig. Brackett is a tough one to try and come up with. You really do want to find a solid, everyman kind of actor. I know someone suggested Nick Offerman, which I could see. Kyle Chandler also just came to mind. He always plays a good father figure imo, and did a good job as the sheriff in Super 8. I'm actually hoping Brackett has decent role in the new series, if not even the main focus with him dealing with the loss of Annie. Maybe you could even introduce another daughter he has and her group of friends.
Great stream guys, i personally dont mind what they do as long as they do it well, i would love to see MM on TV, its all but been confirmed by Malek that MM will be back on the big screen too, so i dont see there is much to worry about. Ive personally no idea who to cast, there are so many different actors that would be a good fit. But i think if they do this over a few seasons it be great to start with the early Michael season 1, maybe the 50s leading up to the murder. Season 2 would be 77/78 leading up to MM escape. Season 3 the aftermath of 78s escape.
I dont see conflict resolution on a weekly basis that works. Very fun show to watch. Unless they do some American Horror Story anthology thing... but even that did nothing for me. Still dedicated to 1&2 and done.
If they’re going back I want them to show young Michael is a normal NOT BULLIED! sweet little boy who likes to play harmless pranks on people. But on Halloween night while out trick or treating something happens to him that turns him into the Shape. His sister was supposed to take him but she chose to fool around with her bf instead so Michael snuck out on his own. I would like them to be eerie and vague about what exactly that “something” that happens to him is. We don’t need to know. Maybe show him hearing a twig snapping in the woods on his way home that night and he walks in to investigate and then we cut away not seeing what actually happens to him.
Hi guys !! Fantastic show as always ! I think Ethan Hawke, Andrew McCarthy or Matt Dillon would make a good Brackett (even though they are in their late 50’s - doesn’t have to be Chuck Cyphers age from H78’) Liam Cunningham (Dog Soldiers / GOT) as Loomis or Ralph Fiennes could probably do a good Loomis. Wyona Ryder as mama Myers, Eric Stoltz as papa Myers (as they both don’t look their ages) and Sadie Sink as Laurie…. Depending on the timeline or when it’s going to be set of course. Anyway that’s my choices for now !! Love ya guys !! 🔥🎃🔥
Halloween tv series cast my opinion: Sadie sink , Sidney Sweeney, Matthew Lillard as Michael Myers, Tristan Tales (TH-camr), Austin Butler, Charlie heaton, Camila Mendes, Tyler Williams, Melissa Barrera, Mikey Madison, Caleb McLaughlin, nick Castle as the high School principal, john Carpenter (cameo), liam Lillard/Matthew's son as young Michael Myers, Freddie Prince Jr as a teacher.
@@TSLMoviePodcast ik lol but it would definitely be cool if that's the cast i mean you can't fit all of those cast members in one season so like if the first season does well each season new characters come in and boom there's the whole cast right there
@@TSLMoviePodcast so likely season one friend group: Sadie sink (main protagonist), Sidney Sweeney, Tristan Tales, Mikey Madison, Tyler Williams, Charlie heaton ,Austin Butler and Camila Mendes. and Matthew Lillard as Michael Myers
I don't mean to be Debbie Downer here, but the idea of a TV show doesn't interest me. I am consistent on this position, as I was a huge fan of Star Wars and thought a jump to TV just cheapened and watered down the franchise. Give me a theatrically released Halloween film in 5 years or so and my interest will have been piqued, but they can keep the TV show. And if it is on some premium channel requiring a subscription, I will never see it.
Apologies for the tech issue at the end, we will return with Part 2 on Wednesday.
This was an Awesome stream guys. I’m glad to be back hanging with y’all again 👊
Good! See you on Wednesday, then

Dwayne The Rock Johnson as Dr Loomis 😂
Danielle Harris as Dr Samantha Loomis. Maude Apatow as Laurie Strode. Tony Todd as Sheriff Leigh Brackett.
Terence Stamp as Loomis😂(General Zod from Superman 2) kneel before Loomis😂
I have zero confidence in this tv show, but if it means another nice paycheck will land in Carpenter's hands, I'm all for it.
Lol why do you care if carpenter gets a paycheck… that’s weird. Especially for a guy that’s already rich.

Thank goodness I'm like all the sudden it cut off when you were talking about Laurie
Damn internet

I like the Sadie Sink idea. Cheers Colin
Sir Anthony Hopkins as Dr Loomis lol
Maybe 20 years ago
Frank has to play Loomis and Warwick Davis as The Shape, otherwise I'm not interested! 😛👍
Fair enough!
Tim Roth as Loomis? Michael Rooker as Bracket
Bucky origin story
Ewan Mcgregor for the next Loomis.
Shit I missed this but did anyone suggest Toby Jones as Loomis? Really good British balding actor who always shines in supporting roles.
Somebody did, it’s a good idea
Late to the game. David Harbour as Bracket.
Could work 👍🏼

Oh god this is gonna be unwatchable 😂
Excuse me?
Got it!
Alec Baldwin as loomis. Loves guns!
