It’s evident that this entire Diddy scandal may have taken its told on Jakes. I do pray for TD Jake’s and his family, also for all these false Ministers. It begs the believer to think about whether God allows certain things to occur to bring us back to Him in holy repentance. “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV.
A preacher who preaches biblically sound sermons and in addition charismatic will be out of this of world. A good example would be Billy Graham during his early days.
I don't know about this, some folks are saying this looks staged, & to be honest, that was also my initial reaction first time watching it. Some say this week coming up TD Jakes & P. Diddy's case was going to be heard or something. If it's real hope he gets better, but most important get right with God if he hasn't.
Once saved, always saved? Give scripture. If that's the case, what is the purpose of the Cross? I'm not saying TD lost salvation because if he repents, he's still saved. However, without repentance and if he stays in sin, he can risk being turned over to a reprobate, and he has given up on the Lord. The Lord will not go against anyone's will.
The security of the believer and the insecurity of the make believer. If he is indeed saved then God will deal with him as a son. Scripture also says that as an act of mercy He may remove him in order to spare the flock and preserve his eternal rewards. If he is not a true convert God he is condemned based upon unbelief and God could eventually turn him over to the dictates of his debased mind.
Brother while correcting or pointing out flaws in a ministry should be done. I don't think this is the time. Right or not, Bishop TD Jakes right now is need of prayers and the least any of us can do is pray for him, family and ministry. Everyone will die at some point, so please show some empathy
He is in need for salvation and that God would save him. He needs to finally worry about his soul and not his physical health. He’s a rich wealth heretic who fleeced people for many years. Pray for his soul, forget his health
Well, if what you say is true about things not being true if they're not in the Bible Corey, then the contrary is true as well. If it's in the Bible, then it's true. With that being said, you really should stop teaching people that baptism isn't a part of salvation. It's clearly in the Bible that it does save (1 Peter 3:21). It's a commandment that was given by Jesus, to the apostles (Matthew 28:19). Jesus himself included it in salvation (Mark 16:16). Peter preached it on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:38). Not to mention that it's in 7 other conversions in the book of Acts. We have to stay consistent my brother.

I can recall listening to TD Jakes however as I grew in my faith, I left that season of my life.
Soon as I saw it. I prayed for him and his family.

True repentance is necessary, no one knows who has truly repented but God, though we can see their fruit.
