@PuzZLeR_00 It's just a brand under Atari's portfolio. It's not like Digital Eclipse where they still exist and make games, it's just a name and the IPs.
@@ccateni28 A "brand under Atari's portfolio", just like with Mattel, Blue Sky Rangers, etc, etc., no big deal. Oh, and Intellivision titles are still being made today. You done whining?
@@BeefyBites Officially dead? I don't think some nervous troll comment has any authenticity. Intellivision is in better hands than even with Mattel at this point.
I like my 2600 and 7800. I tried to play Intv games, and they just weren't that good. Some of the old games hold up if you approach them as arcade games. If you want something deeper? Not so much.
Just as a side comment, Intellivision and Atari were out of competition for 41 years now. They were actually more friends than enemies during this time, so this marriage was meant to be for the benefit of Retro Gaming, particularly for pre-Crash Retro Gaming.
@@FrogTony Hmm. Was I talking about Amico? The fact that you bring it up in irrelevance proves you cry and obsess over it. Get a grip man, I'm talking about pre-Crash Gaming history here.
@@BeefyBites If you know anything about business you would know that Amico isn't chasing sales at this point. They are establishing their small, but growing, market first. Read some books on the subject first before you spew. Do you have anything to comment about the pre-Crash gaming relationship of Atari and Intellivision then and now? Or do you want to regurgitate more of your negativity?
The atari 2600 was my first game console
All that hair gel and marinara sauce rotted Tommy's brain.
Would have more to say, but my memories of the 80s are mostly forgotten
I'm sure Tommy's mom is very proud of him.
He screwed up so bad he ruined his reputation and sunk Intellivision bad Atari owns it now.
Intellivision isn't "sunk". It's in good hands. You can quit with the outdated Amico rhetoric now.

Yeah, Intellivision is officially dead. The last crew did so bad they killed it and sold off the carcass. 😂

I miss my attari 2600. stupid brother gave it to his mate to fix and never got it back.
