heres the problem: they grow so big so fast that their legs eventually cant support the weight. thats how i initially discovered that meat chickens existed...i got two by accident. they grew so fast...i didnt know what they were, that they went lame and i had to put them down. but i have butchered a 7 pounder before.

I have never raised rabbits but plan to one day. let me know how it goes.
How big could the chickens get over a longer time frame? Maybe it's not worth the feed but I am kind of wondering?
