    This is actually true, I have this problem
    And may be due to this I have Abdominal dilation

      Hello Miguel! I suspect you might have that too. I have many symptoms. But sometimes what is bothering me is a noise that comes from breathing. I've been to the pneumologist and everything is fine, I believe it's something in the stomach linked to breathing. when I sit curled up I can even hear the snoring that comes right from the upper part of the belly. Have you ever felt this?

      Have you tried Pilates??
      Its core centered, and requires proper core engagement. My favorite channel is “flow with Mira”
      Or, look into “McGill’s big three”. The exercises are very similar to some Pilates movements.
      Take care of yourself! Thank your body for showing you (through pain, that’s how it communicates) where you need to strengthen.
      Oh- and as to why we’ve been told that… if you pay attention, you’ll fund most of the information “they” always told us- is just wrong.
      Cholesterol for example.
      But before I go off, Best of luck to you! I pray you address this back pain so you can live a full, fun, productive life.

    I’ve been doing this for over 30 years… every day, long hours a day. I don’t have back or neck problems.

    Stay away from this quake doctor The 3 groups in the core muscles must be activated when standing or walking or you will strain the lower back muscles
