Hey! The PCC from India is valid for as long as you don’t visit India again. It’s the Canadian PCC that expires in 6 months. You might wanna edit that in your description.

its the country for which u r applying. so residing could be same. If u r residing in the country for which u r applying you have to go through other agency.

30 days for the PCC to complete. Yes they visit.

Yes u have to fill canada address as current address and Indian address as permanent address

U have to show rent agreement to prove the same. U can also do PCC on the address of your aadhar card.
