I'm soon to be in the last year of HS, and I've been worrying about it a lot for the past months, I went into whirlpool of fear and anxiety for some time, I even had myself study during summer for it lol, but now that I'm somehow ready for it, it feels dumb and silly that I had worried about it this much all along , as if it was hell or something awaiting, but it's not really, everything is like that, we keep worrying about what if this, and what if that, in different things, we worry about it because we're kinda approaching something unknown and haven't experienced yet, but we always experience unknown stuff, worry about it before it, and find it silly that we had to worry, it's not worth it really, just be in the moment, and about friendships there and relations, don't bother much about it as these things aren't important, most will tend to get distracted with those friends and parties, but you should focus on your career and future as it's why you're going through all this in the first place, I'm not saying ruin your social life nah lol, but your career is first and then comes friends and relations second. Thank you for sharing your experience with your fear and anxiety about such stuff, as it helps people know they're not really alone in their struggles, you helped me in some stuff and I feel like I owe you lol, I might do, I wish you a very good day and everyday, you deserve it. When people that make many many friends get older, they understand only a little bunch of them are the real real friends, the others were only filler in their life. Nothing personal, people have diferent destinies thats all.

Just letting you know, I myself am in college (just started). The only thing you need to worry about is focusing on education. Do not let friends or partying get in the way... It's fine to have them, don't get me wrong, but focus on your career and education. You're a wonderful girl with a wonderful personality, don't let it go. I know it will be hard, but you can do it. Have faith, and remember God is with you. Don't dwell on the "what-ifs", don't let fear control you. Trust in the Lord, and you will succeed. Believe in yourself, work hard. Expect many assignments, but study lots, pace yourself at first, but soar once you get comfortable. Make sure student loans are taken care of. Be proud of yourself you even GOT this far, and you never gave up! You're a strong girl, whether you know it or not. And even though we never met, I BELIEVE IN YOU! You CAN do it! You ARE worth it! You CAN Succeed! Focus on school work, meet people, and strive to be better everyday! Also don't expect too much from professors- as usually they see us as moneybags. Don't be surprised if they don't care about you. And also, be careful, because some of the curriculum (namely english) will try to indoctrinate and hypnotize you, trust me, I know. Don't be afraid, but keep your guard up. Either way, you can do it! God bless you, ma'am. Always remember you are cared for and loved.
I tried to understand your video because I don't speak English fluently, so correct me if I'm wrong! When you have problems socializing, it is very complicated to make changes of this type, because you do not know most of the people and nothing is familiar to you, and it ends up becoming an uncomfortable place. But as the days go by , things get better and you don't even notice, but at the beginning it is really difficult, especially if you are antisocial. "only one box of plushies" reminds me of the meme of the guy asking for icecream, and the friend says "only a spoonfull" then the other guy pulls out a comically large spoon depending on the kind of internal material, you definitely could compact them down by how you said, vacuum sealing, (make sure you dont do it way too much, as you might damage the internal fibers of it, but given how squishy plushies normally are, you could probably compact down their size considerably, allowing many many plushies to fit in a box lol
My transition from Primary School to High School was an event of extreme stress and anxiety for me. I had to face it. After a few months a clique of like-minded friend's formed and things were pretty good for a couple of years. Then the school management in their marvelous wisdom decided to move some of us around because they could, and I finished up in a class that was outrageously unruly, tight knit and closed shop to any new arrivals. When the teacher left the room, it became like Lord of the Flies! Then the management blamed me for not "fitting in". I dropped out of High School early and found a great job, with good money and awesome workmates, it was the best thing I ever did.
I’m scared for school too because I might get bullied for liking Jojos and the little stickers I made myself for my sketchbook but Jojos will always be great and I won’t care about what others think
You'll be fine, and freedom is very potent - it really feels like being reborn in many ways. Just don't stress if the social life isn't as exciting as people say - everyone says that university is where you meet the people who will stay with you forever, etc etc - but in my experience, unless you're a big drinker/drug user, that's unlikely. Don't let the false expectations torture you like they did me!

if your going to college and wanting to connect with peeps/make friends I'd 100% suggest meeting people in a club or some sort of activity. In my experience most classes won't really have people stay around, they just yeet out after class lol
The thing with only a few new friends for a whole school year also happened to me, but i felt normal. I had introduced myself just by saying whatever i think others need to know and that i want them to know. Be careful about doing miscellaneous stuff in classes, the first time others are more likely to feel refreshing and would overlook many things easily, but i dont know about repeating it the next year.... A chair project like that sounds a bit hard for the first time, but you'll get used to such difficulty soon, it's usually required to endure them anyway. Oh my, charcoal... I have no idea about the health hazards related to breathing it, i hope the effects aren't permanent and or too harmful. Math and physics probably require dense nerd type mind(not negative i think). Ehh good luck getting friends in that other university.. Even now, the best i can do is to predict my future very often every day, and it still feels unknown and scary sometimes, even if i got it right often. It is inevitable that we don't know our future for sure. Imagine your room being filled with plushies to the point that you can't walk easily.... That's... hilarious? I cooked delicious curry for myself, it was so fulfilling, and the fact that i haven't eaten such delicacy from myself since many weeks or months also made me feel so much better, since i missed the taste so much.
You're going to be just fine. I remember when I went to college I was nervous. I don't like crowds or groups of people, especially strangers. I also don't like public speaking... and yet miraculously I survived, and so will you! Being on your own will be a good opportunity for you to become independent and start creating healthy habits. It may be scary now but one day you'll be living on your own, working a job of your choosing, building a life for yourself. Where do you want to travel to?

I made a chair in highschool. First year of college for me was tough but I had a good time and I’m glad I have a roommate this second year because I didn’t my first. I’m still no good at talking to people and it’s stressful but I’m much happier here than back home. Things will turn out alright.

I find it less stressful to think about your future plans you can work on rather than the ones you can't. Friends may or may not come, but you have such a wonderful community of people who love you on here, so you won't be alone. You can post videos and talk to us about your day, the good and the bad. It also sounds like you have a lot of support as well, people giving advice and such. Of course, take any advice with a grain of salt, what works for someone might not always work for you.
