►About Bhaskara Prakasha Ashram
Bhaskara Prakasha Ashram's cornerstone is the Sri Vidya Peetham in Chennai, India. The Peetham has a rare temple of Goddess Maha Shodashi. The temple also houses the Samadhi of our Guru Sri Vimarshananda Nathendra Saraswathi Maha Swamigal. Sri Chakra Puja is performed at the lotus feet of Goddess Maha Shodashi every day at the Ashram. వ్యాఘ్ర చర్మోత్తరీయం చ వరేణ్యమభయ ప్రదం ॥
కమండల్-వక్ష సూత్రాణాం ధారిణం శూలపాణినం ।

వృష స్కంధ సమారూఢం ఉమా దేహార్థ ధారిణం ।

ఏవం ధ్యాత్వా ద్విజః సమ్యక్ తతో యజనమారభేత్ ॥
అథాతో రుద్ర స్నానార్చనాభిషేక విధిం వ్యా᳚క్ష్యాస్యామః । ఆదిత ఏవ తీర్థే స్నాత్వా ఉదేత్య శుచిః ప్రయతో బ్రహ్మచారీ శుక్లవాసా దేవాభిముఖః స్థిత్వా ఆత్మని దేవతాః స్థాపయేత్ ॥

అస్య శ్రీ రుద్రాధ్యాయ ప్రశ్న మహామంత్రస్య, అఘోర ఋషిః, అనుష్టుప్ ఛందః, సంకర్షణ మూర్తి స్వరూపో యోఽసావాదిత్యః పరమపురుషః స ఏష రుద్రో దేవతా । నమః శివాయేతి బీజం । శివతరాయేతి శక్తిః । మహాదేవాయేతి కీలకం । శ్రీ సాంబ సదాశివ ప్రసాద సిద్ధ్యర్థే జపే వినియోగః ॥
ఓం అగ్నిహోత్రాత్మనే అంగుష్ఠాభ్యాం నమః । దర్శపూర్ణ మాసాత్మనే తర్జనీభ్యాం నమః । చాతుర్-మాస్యాత్మనే మధ్యమాభ్యాం నమః । నిరూఢ పశుబంధాత్మనే అనామికాభ్యాం నమః । జ్యోతిష్టోమాత్మనే కనిష్ఠికాభ్యాం నమః । సర్వక్రత్వాత్మనే కరతల కరపృష్ఠాభ్యాం నమః ॥
అగ్నిహోత్రాత్మనే హృదయాయ నమః । దర్శపూర్ణ మాసాత్మనే శిరసే స్వాహా । చాతుర్మాస్యాత్మనే శిఖాయై వషట్ । నిరూఢ పశుబంధాత్మనే కవచాయ హుం । జ్యోతిష్టోమాత్మనే నేత్రత్రయాయ వౌషట్ । సర్వక్రత్వాత్మనే అస్త్రాయఫట్ । భూర్భువస్సువరోమితి దిగ్బంధః ॥

జ్యోతిః స్ఫాటిక-లింగ-మౌళి-విలసత్-పూర్ణేందు-వాంతామృతైః ।
అస్తోకాప్లుత-మేక-మీశ-మనిశం రుద్రాను-వాకాంజపన్
ధ్యాయే-దీప్సిత-సిద్ధయే ధ్రువపదం విప్రోఽభిషించే-చ్చివం ॥
బ్రహ్మాండ వ్యాప్తదేహా భసిత హిమరుచా భాసమానా భుజంగైః
కంఠే కాలాః కపర్దాః కలిత-శశికలా-శ్చండ కోదండ హస్తాః ।
త్ర్యక్షా రుద్రాక్షమాలాః ప్రకటితవిభవాః శాంభవా మూర్తిభేదాః

A question please: "Aham amrte" - amrte is in the locative case (saptami vibhakti), right? So shouldn't it be, "I am located in amrta", and not "I am immortal"? As in, "Vayu is in located in my prANa, prANa in my heart, heart in me, I in amrta, amrta in Brahman". It seems to be locating the devatas and mahAbhUtas from grosser items to ultimately on their subtle-most level - i.e., Brahman is the "support" of all the devatas and the bhUtas.
Sorry if this question makes no sense, I am still learning about these things! Thanks to guruji for all these videos!

Namaste ji.. Please make this humble correction while teaching. tato agnir jvala mala parivritaH tiShTatu, it is not parivritas-tiShTantu as it is grammatically wrong. The anvaya here is agniH tiShTatu, the word agni is singular, if you want to say tiShTantu, you have to say agnayaH as plural and tiSHTantu. Then jvalamalaa and other adjectives will be incorrect. Please correct to - | tato bahiḥ sarvataH agniH-jvālāmālā-parivṛtaH tiṣṭhatu | - correct version..Namaste.rudrāH-tiṣṭhantu | - plural--ādityāH -tiṣṭhantu | - pluralPlease continue your wonderful service.
Hello Aravind, thanks for your comments. For context, let me give a brief background about me and start my explanation. My Guru and Poorvashrama Grandfather Sri Sri Vimarshananda natha was a Vedic Ghana paathi and Adhyapaka (teacher in vedic school). My poorvashrama Grandfather's close friends and colleagues from Madurai were Sri Veeraraghava Sarma , Vyakarana professor, Sri Guruswamy Sastrigal, Head of sanskrit in Annamalai University and Kaladi Subrahmanya Sastrigal who learnt vedas and Varnakrama for 35 years in Kaladi and hence popularly called Kaladi Sastrigal. I was 7 years old when I started learning vedas and my guru will ask me to recite to his close colleagues to get an opinion about how I chant (To maintain objectivity and independence). I was too young to fathom the depth of discussions in sanskrit grammar. Chanting vedic mantras with anushangam was one of the discussions. The one pointed by you was also discussed as my guru was teaching something which was not popular and all the books printed would have what you have pointed out. Parivrata is also a noun meaning walls or covering and the adjective agnir jwala mala implies that the sadhaka is covered completely with walls on all side which are made of flames of fire garlands. That is why the plural parivrattaaha (in sandhi becomes parivrattaas) is used hence tiSTantu is used. I am just saying that this could be an explanation possible as I am not a sanskrit scholar. I welcome sanskrit scholars to debate this alternate pATha Bheda. Thanks again for bringing this point for discussion.
