My guess is that Shaggy’s Nephew actually has lots of power hidden underneath him since he’s the nephew of such a powerful god and also because when the nephew took two Big Blows from the 🐶 he didn’t even take any actual damage.

He lost his nephew, his only best friend and the whole gang. All of this had happened because of Shaggy when he discovered the power of memes back in 2017 causing him to become Ultra Instinct.
Now its up to Scoob to stop the power of memes and his only best friend from ending the universe
Shaggy after using 5% of his power he went into hibernation. He trained Scooby to protect the world when he doesn't feel like it.
This took narmak weeks, months, probably even a year to make and we consumed all of it and it’s glory in 6 minutes.... a moment of silence for all the hardwork and dedication it took into this masterpiece.

Well if his nephew is from Shaggy's baby sister Maggie 'Sugey' Rogers, pretty damn strong as Maggie basically was impervious to damage in the series she appeared in (A Pup Named Scooby Doo and Wedding Bell Boos) (Also highly likely as Maggie, a blond, married a ginger, which this kid is).
Also in another series Shaggy had an uncle who was a nanotechnology research scientist that he and Scooby lived in the mansion of, so it's not too far fetched to say maybe that uncle did experiments and further enhanced the family's power that was already innate inside of them. I mean Shaggy's dad's also a retired police man, so there's that too.
