This is great and inspiring. I plan on creating a money spell jar for myself and my job, so it was nice to see this. I also plan on adding a few other ingredients to mine: Cinnamon is also perfect for drawing in money too, as well as bay leaf, star anise, and chamomile.

I thought it was illegal to defile US currency. Also, chopping it up renders it useless as legal tender so I question it's efficacy in the spell. Just my thoughts but something to consider.
Well I think it is illegal but most likely one of those laws rarely enforced. Like the one that is still on the books in certain places where you have to pull your car over and cover it with a tarp if a horse approaches.

i say this to everyone the best way to save money is don't buy things you don't need because whats more important materialistic items or being set for the future and have financial freedom
I just roll up a bill in a tight small roll and tie it with green thread then put it in my money bowl or jar.. I think like you, maybe it's a waste of money. Also I don't have all ingredients, as is said here, so I improvise, (glitter and spices I have) and then I shake it up from time to time :D
