I climbed to Master with Kimberly 2 weeks ago, it was the easiest climb I've had and my win percentage was about 19% higher than others (I have Chun, Ken, and Cammy also at Masters and a few high diamonds).I like her season 2 buffs.

There is a rhythm that a good bushinryu player gets into that layers the fake stuff/with plus frames and gimmicks. This is strong in ranked because with 2 sets its hard to adapt. That and for some reason players think that she has no buttons in neutral. They're not great, but sure if your just going to wait for me to slide/teleport i'll just walk up and hit you with s.mk and take my turn. I know the common saying is just jab, but Kim will catch you pressing with plus frames or force reactions with the run/stop oki. I've been playing akuma and recently bison and they're definitely stronger, but not as fun. Nothing like knowing the opponent is annoyed because you just mixed them and they guessed wrong like 5 times in a row.
The character hasn't been out long, dude. Everyone was doing the same basic combo at the start and when characters release until more are learned/discovered.
@@d3tuned378 Except that this bison isn't copy pasted exact from Street Fighter 2. Street Fighter 6 is entirely different in mechanics, not to mention Bison had a move list overhaul. He is effectively a new character, as are every fighter in the game due to generational changes. Tell me you don't actually play fighting games without telling me you don't actually play fighting games. You're just telling on yourself if you don't grasp this concept. Characters may keep some basic bread and butter combos over the years but there's plenty of times combos of old don't exist any because of how drastic the changes are per installment.

Obviously, we normal humans cannot give you advice. But I was just watching Kakeru and he was abusing Shadow Rise. He used a lot of lp-lp-shadow rise to get out of the corner and generally just stomped on heads.
now every character has at that least one move that can be use abusively (such as bison's bicycle kick), and cammy just have none. She should be moved to bottom tier.
So... Not having an abusable move make you a bottom tier character?. In fact, why i'm responding this? The Cammy players are certified downplayers while their character has everything a character could wish for
Doesn't help that she is a useless gender swap that was gifted the Bushinryu lagacy for instant credability instead of maybe coming up with an original ninjitsu style from an original character like they did with Ibuki in SF3.
Bison seems like a very difficult match for Kimberly. But every character seems like a difficult match for Kimberly.
