I just bought this exact bike yesterday along with another Magnum Cosmo + for the wife. Can't wait to pick them up soon. Got both for under 3500. Can't beat that! This bike is so comfortable and has the power and speed. We're going to rock with these puppies!!

I just bought one earlier today. I can't wait to ride it.

Nate at Ride Smart Maui in Lahaina has a white Nomad that I test rode last week. This is a great bike and it's like a huge tank! The most comfortable ebike I have ridden. At $2400 it is a great deal. I ended up buying a Dost Kope with a similar upright design but higher end components for $4300.

At $2600, that is way, Way more expensive than the competition! I've seen bikes priced at $1699, that have more features and a longer battery. There's many at $2000 that are very similar to this. This is priced really high for what it is!
    Definitely not for me. 😳🙄

I could agree…to a point. That is pricey, however.. i would rather keep a local “little guy” in business than Jeff Bezo’s “Amazon” ….the richest man in the world because of guys just like you.. just sayin’.. wanna save an few bucks? … i get it. But. An Ebike is not a cheap investment. If going to spend 2 grand anyway.... spend a bit more and support the local businesses. 👍… then if something breaks, you have somewhere friendly to go. 👍

Agreed. Cyrusher XF800 is a full suspension ebike at $2k. Kills this bike with money to spare.

Posted comments that say how much better another bike is make me laugh. Every bike out there on TH-cam gets a bunch of both positive and negative comments.

I think it could make at least 40 miles.
    42v battery x 17.5 amp hour capacity = 840 watt hours.
Bike pulls between 10 to 20 watts per mile.
Say you average 15 watts per mile, thats over 50 miles.
Unless someone knows better? I'm actually terrible at math and can't believe that I just posted this but it's what I learned after some basic research.

I just rode mine yesterday… 34 miles and still had 2 out of 5 “battery bars” left….48 volt 19.2AH battery 750 Watt motor. I averaged about 15 mph. I’m sure i could hit 40 miles. 50 if conservative. Granted it was all paved park paths and roads mostly flat.

I bought one last week. This frame is not for everyone. You risk castration if you add a water bottle to the down tube.

How is this vs an ecomotion pro or a rad 6? I'm trying to pick.

Who makes the tires on that bike?

    • @shopebikes7740

That's a good question. I have searched for the answer and found nothing. Let me email Magnum and get back to you.

@@rainmakr20 With the initial run of Nomads, the tires are made by Kenda. Magnum mentioned that like most bikes being made right now the tires are subject to minor change due to availability of product. Any changes like that would be very minor and switched with something of like performance and quality.

Don't the wires go BEHIND the handlebars?

    • @shopebikes7740
      @shopebikes7740  3 ปีที่แล้ว

I'm not entirely sure. If you look at Magnum's website all the wires are in front of the handlebars. Is there a standard for where they should be because I'm new to this, and want to get it right.

20-28mph on a bicycle is pretty fast. Please wear a helmet. 👍

@@shopebikes7740 … I’m a man of 52. Shortly after you posted this video, i bought a Nomad. I love it! .. only thing i changed was the seat. The stock one is “ok” but after a long ride, i felt it. Great bike though. Highly recommend. 👍
