Day 34 | Goodbye North Carolina | Appalachian Trail 2024

On day 34, I hiked from the Overmountain campsite to the Refuge Hostel. A warm bed and hot shower was very much appreciated after a few soggy days on trail.

I think you will find that if you ask first most people won’t mind being included in your video. Not that I don’t love your videos now but I think it really adds to the experience to see the people on the trail, which after all is one of the best things about the AT.
