would love if you could talk about how you felt when you first started in the OR? struggles, learning, finding a routine of a circulator, how long it took you to "get it" and what helped, etc, Thank you!!

I just switched to Pacu but I’ve been a nurse for 9 years and realize I’m done with patient care … n just want to be in the OR 😩can’t wait to switch
It's good to switch into a specialty that you want! wishing you the best through your transition
Are you switching between circulator nurse and scrub nurse from time to time? Or you just perform one of those tasks.
I only perform the role of a circulator nurse. I wish my program included scrub training.
Can an LPN become a circulator?
