Thanks man!! I was struggling with this issue for 3 days, no clue about that time sync between the units. All ok now, finally!
Why do I only see my Indoor station and not the door station when both are connected to the same switch - On the indoor station I can see the camera on live view but cannot make calls from Door Station - Calling Failed message - Please help
Update the indoor station firmware and reset all then setup again
I do the same process, its not working...my devices are ds-km9503 and ds-kv6113

try delete device and unistalled hikconnect apps then install new version apps and try
I have the same problem. It is calling only if the hik-connect app is running on screen. Do you have any other ideea? Thanks
