@Reclaimer0418 yes all wires can be soldered i just advise not to incase you cant program the chip\its faulty\etc so you dont waste your time and then have to remove the chip and or wires which may damage the pads that are already extremely sensitive

@budusy12, make sure you made your ecc with multibuilder, coolrunner is programmed with right console files, and the soldering is exact! its gotta be one of those 3 bro
@youarenoanden nand x would eliminate the nand reader, the jtag connection kit is not for the rgh exploit it is for the origional smc exploit and is only compatible with xboxs on a dash of 7371 or lower
if you cant solder based off a diagram or solder wires then this mod should not be attempted, this mod is in no way shape or form something for noobs, but this is broken down intto easy to follow steps if you have some prior experience with soldering
@thelibbyleigh do you mean writing the excc file to the xbox? for 1 make sure you created it in multibuilder, then just use jtag tool and go under glitch hack and select write ecc and select where the ecc is and it will right it and you wont have the problem you are having :D

easiest way to get to the folder you want to in cmd is to hold shift+right click "open command window here" most people dont know about it, I learned a couple months ago and its made my life so much easier lol.
@paratapolmear there is ways around it i would try resoldering your nand connection, you can repair bad blocks as well, and the new slims are not rghable they have a revision on the board they combined the hana and southbridge chip

no its the same thing as a jtag concept wise you cannot take a moddified dash onto xbox live it is meant for homebrew

J-Runner is the software of choice now. Far better than the tools used here and is extremely user friendly.

Xenon RGH is for key recovery only. You'll want the new R-JTAG hack when TX releases it in a few weeks.
ANY dashboard can now be RGH'd. It will just depend on if you can do RGH1 or will need to do RGH2.

No. There are varied wire points for RGH1 vs RGH2 and for slim vs phat.
I did and we got it but everytime we go to use it and page comes up stating update and it stays stuck where we have to force close with task end.
For the rgh method do you only need the coolrunner to get the cpu key or do you have to keep it in once you flash the modified nand.bin file?
