I love how this wood round turned out!! I never would have thought to make the bow like that with the individual circles and I love that the sign is oriented to the side!! Gorgeous!!!!
Thank you for always cheering me up. When I watch your videos your so full of life and it reminds me of how I use to be before I had a stroke at 28 and was told I had a severe form of SLE Lupus with rare kind of migraine that causes one side of my body to be paralyzed when I have them. I spend many days in bed but thanks to finding diy craft videos every good day I have I spend part of it making things. It feels good to see my husband be so proud of me again. I loved this wood round, the vertical design and the lambs ear, burlap and bow on the side. I need to buy a Cricut machine! My daughter would love this for her home and I would love to make her one. You're looking great Sammie, your baby bump is adorable! ❤
I think the Cricuts are a bit pricey but girl it's sooooo worth the investment. You will continue to use for years to come. Especially if you learn how to use all the features!

I absolutely love your wood rounds. I seen someone use a wood round for their house number. It looked like it was stained in Jacobean, had white paint on the bottom diagonally and the house number above the white. It was gorgeous. I think your sign would also look amazing with house numbers on the white paint. I’ve been toying around with making one myself. I even thought about making different ones for different seasons out of the larger wood shapes from DT like a pumpkin, heart and so on. Thanks so much for sharing your skills with us. ♥️👊🏼💥

Would you please bottle up that energy and sell it? Love it! Thank you for this DIY and it's so understandable and to the point. I'm about to venture into my first door sign. My biggest struggle is applying vinyl to the stained wood. Do we apply the top coat before or after we apply the vinyl from Cricut? Thank you once again for this DIY! Gonna look for you on Amazon!
Yay!! I hope you have a ton of fun making it. I stain and make sure it’s completely dry. Shouldn’t feel oily to the touch if it’s dry - then apply stencil vinyl or permanent

This is beautiful! You always teach us 🌼 One thing I never tuned into and was therefore struggling with is that you put the microfiber cloth on your finger and just dip a portion in the stain, I was getting way too much product and so wouldn’t dry appropriately and had resorted to wiping down after. I have watched every one of your videos and I still pick up stuff so thank you for all the new and thank you for all the back to basics you provide 🥰

I bought this tape and I love it, I will never use regular painters tape again. I also tried to apply stain with the microfiber cloth and I love that as well. Thanks for ALL the great tips, my wood rounds turn out beautiful thanks to you!
