Does it take information from ipsilateral face and then via leminiscus takes it to opposite side?

Is there no involvement of mesencephalic nucleus in the formation of this lemniscus?

So, this video was just a basic overview. But yes, the main exception to these images in the video is that the sensory cell bodies of proprioceptive nerve fibers are located inside the CNS, in the mesencephalic nucleus.
