    Dear Talk about construction quality too in DAMAC 2, if you wants to be fair . Otherwise it looks you just pushing to sell property. 2nd 💯% appreciation is not possible in DAMAC 2 Green villa . Its a 7 -8 year old community . Nowhere it got double appreciation in DAMAC 2 .

    Could you give some insight in to why there hasn’t been any movement in price for the DH2 Just Cavalli villas from the time of launch till now.. a period of six years. Thank you

      This community had been considered too far from city center. From the inception of the community until last year it has been a slow burn. Now that other developers have started developing in the vicinity and established this location as a residential hub, it has resulted in a 18% YoY growth for Just Cavalli Villas. Give it one year and you will see prices moving up even more.

    What about quality of the fitting and sewerage in The valley as D2 is not best

      Emaar is definitely is on top in that regard, but Damac has been focused on improving it's build quality over the past 3 years. When you see new Damac builds you understand the huge difference and improvement

    bro how come this comparison is good? you are comparing a dubai hills place to d2 ? how come this is a apple to apple comparison?and i am sure u must see finishing of dubai hills product and d2 aswell, so how come you comparing?

      They both are twin villas with similar size. One is 12M the other is 3M, the comparison shows value proposition and room for growth

    Can you compare performance of clusters around natura for 4beds in D2 and there price in the market right now ? And thoughts on that?

    Don’t understand why r u marketing park green now as it was launched 3 months ago and now the last phase is also left with a few units only. There is no new phase of park green. Can you clarify and exactly tell whether there is a new launch? Secondly 4% DLD will be applied to Park green as well

      I'm presenting it to educate the viewers about the value proposition here, also there was phase 3 that just launched with good inventory. The 4% DLD is upon management's approval not in general

    You should compare others villa launch price in Damac hill 2 to Handover price of villa ( which was already ready) in Damac 2. Means same community Then its a real comparison . Its not appreciated much.
