@@nehavij968 actually I made this in idli cooker so therefore I used idli plate ,or the one which is used for KHAMAN ,to bake this.....but it turned out really great....u won't believe me that the cake was super soft and spongy.....I wanna tell u that size of the mold does not matter...... thank you for asking 🙏🙏

It turned out really well. I used half quantity of all the ingredients for a small cake. Kitchen scale in the video helped me in knowing the exact quantity and that's what matters in baking.👍

@@mohiniprashantkulkarni6779 didn't have hand mixer so used ready made whipping cream. You can get it from any big bakery or a shop were they sell raw material for bakery. Search on google. They will show you nearby bakery raw material stores.
