In school they taught us to count 14 days from the first day of your menstruation if you have a regular cycle. In day 14 you will ovulate. If not conceived you will menstruate 14 days later. But this is for a regular 28 days cycle. These days it’s very simple just using a ovulation/ menstruation tracker app.
I have PCOS and I remember how l felt when the doctor toid me it would be hard for me to conceive I now have 4 children very successful pregnancies God blessed me with use of herbs!

I just used this formula to calculate my ovulation date according to my last cycle and it turns out the exact day I thought I was experiencing implantation symptoms I was actually ovulating and I was surprised when pregnancy test came out negative...reason, I actually missed my fertile window. Hello... If your cycle is regular at 28th days, going by the date you stated, your ovulation was around 31st of July. Work it out for your next cycle and time your intercourse to increase your chances for your preferred sex. Using an ovulation kit may also be of help. All the best!!

I just came across your channel on your teaching of when to take clomid,after I have already tried clomid prescribed by my gynaecologist for 5 circles and it failed.I was told to start my clomid from the second day of my menses and all failed,according to your teaching I understand that clomid is taken according to ones circle which is 3-5 days before fertile period. I have 28 days circle which my fertile period starts from day 10,following your teaching,I want to try clomid again starting from my day 5 but if I take it for this five days it will end on my fertile days which is day 10,Please what do I do because I feel to try clomid again after seeing your teachings since the ones I took for 5 circles failed maybe due to wrong day I started. According to your instruction we get 6 month date, start of blooding dates are Dec 2, Dec 27, Jan 27, Feb 26, Mar 24, April 23 and May 20. 18 there is the beginning of unsafe days and 4 is is the ovulation day and 5 is the end of unsafe days. So if u know the length of your menstrual cycle, you minus 18 days from it and that's the beginning of unsafe days and you add 4 days to it and that's your ovulation day and then add another 5 days to it and that's the end of fertile days till your next cycle begins

Hello Doctor, I am a 28 days menstrual circle lady and i just finished my July month menses between 17th - 20th of July. I will like to know when is my ovulation days and when i am likely to get pregnant especially a boy child. I will appreciate a quick response as soon as possible.
Hello... If your cycle is regular at 28th days, going by the date you stated, your ovulation was around 31st of July.
Work it out for your next cycle and time your intercourse to increase your chances for your preferred sex.
Using an ovulation kit may also be of help.

I just came across your channel on your teaching of when to take clomid,after I have already tried clomid prescribed by my gynaecologist for 5 circles and it failed.I was told to start my clomid from the second day of my menses and all failed,according to your teaching I understand that clomid is taken according to ones circle which is 3-5 days before fertile period. I have 28 days circle which my fertile period starts from day 10,following your teaching,I want to try clomid again starting from my day 5 but if I take it for this five days it will end on my fertile days which is day 10,Please what do I do because I feel to try clomid again after seeing your teachings since the ones I took for 5 circles failed maybe due to wrong day I started.

Assalamualaicum Sir. I and my wife wish to conceive our 2nd issue. According to your instruction we get 6 month date, start of blooding dates are Dec 2, Dec 27, Jan 27, Feb 26, Mar 24, April 23 and May 20. Therefore from this date we get the shortest cycle 25 days and thats how we get the ovulation date as 11th day. we will be very grateful if you kindly confirm our calculation is correct as you teach us. Hello Dr, what does the number 18 mean by subtracting from 26 days cycle and 4 by adding 8 fertile days and 5 by adding the 12th ovulation days? ( 18, 4, & 5)
I think the 18 is taken from a normal cycle which is 28 days, substracting the first 10 days which are safe you remain with 18.

Please note that the 18 is a constant value. It doesn't change. You use it to calculate the other figures. I hope this helps..

Now if u had periods on 6th of August after having intercourse on 24th July, it means you aren't pregnant, it means you didn't conceive. You aren't pregnant

18 there is the beginning of unsafe days and 4 is is the ovulation day and 5 is the end of unsafe days. So if u know the length of your menstrual cycle, you minus 18 days from it and that's the beginning of unsafe days and you add 4 days to it and that's your ovulation day and then add another 5 days to it and that's the end of fertile days till your next cycle begins
