Okay, Voldemort wiped out BRITISH Ministry records about muggleborns. But I don`t live in UK or Ireland, so I shouldn`t go to Hogwarts anyway, and itdoes not affect me. Some other school should invite me.

Not to be that person, but I really want to point something out. Soo.. you're all listening to my rant 😊
The first one's math is incorrect. We know that in 1992 (CoS) he is 32. That would make him 16 years old in 1976, which we already know because the bullying scene takes place when they're 16.
But in the first frame, we know that he is 11 (and besides in 1969 he would have been younger than 11 since we already know that he is 16 in 1976), but there are 7 years in between 1969 and 1976, which would make him 9 years old.
So, in reality, he was 11 in 1971. This is also easy to observe since in the other frames we can see that the last digit of the year matches the last digit of his age, meaning he was born on a year that ends in 0 (1960).
