My under eyes are like that too. I don’t powder my under eyes like that. I find it makes them more prominent. I just do a fluffy powder brush

Get a 1%-2% hydrocortisone cream for the rash. Could be contact dermatitis or you could be developing eczema. The hydrocortisone cream will reduce the itch/swelling/redness.
I was just going to say this! She can also add aquaphor if it gets too patchy/scaly.

I hate those that complain it's too early for Christmas decorations...they are the same ones who also complain the holiday flew by! My Christmas decorations have been up for the past 2 weeks, and I'm listening to Christmas music...it IS the most wonderful time of the year, so why not enjoy it longer?! When you said Marilyn doesn't want us looking as pretty as her - lol! I don't like sparkly Blushes either...I don't even like the Hourglass Blushes that everyone loves - they're even too shimmery for me. Try hydrocortisone cream on the rash. If it doesn't clear up in a couple of days go see your dermatologist.

I’m forty and most talc based powders are too drying for me but I like the elf powder and I have the infallible powder I haven’t tried it yet but it looks promising
I got the Marilyn Monroe collection and I love it!!! The blush looks really pretty but you need to go very light with it or it definitely gets too shimmery. The eyeshadow is pigmented but subtle. It's very pretty. I just purchased the eyeshadow, blush, the pressed barefocus clarifying finishing powder, the lip liner and lipstick
Except for the shimmer blush this whole look came out so pretty. However, I do think a little bit of pink lips with brown lip liner would ho better with the blush shade.
When I was a teenager there was like powder foundation compacts and they were so thick high coverage for sure
The rash could be that the skin barrier has broken down. I would go see the dermatologist. Aveeno probiotics therapy lotion is great to repair the skin barrier.

When I think of Marilyn Monroe and other actresses of that era, I always think of a very soft focus, soft matte complexion, no shimmer. I wish Wet n Wild would’ve taken inspiration of what her makeup would have actually looked like and just made very beautiful matte blushes in pinks and a soft coral. I think the shadow palette was spot on with the slight contour shades and creamy whites.

I threw away the wet n wild powder the Clinique powder and the Laura Gellar powder too drying
You might be getting contact dermatitis. If you’ve used a new lotion or cream that your skin didn’t agree with it could cause a flare up.

The rash on your hand MAY be caused by something you swatched there. Please keep an eye out for rashes that pop up somewhere else. It could be an indication of an allergy to a product/ingredient you were testing. As much as you try/test out? I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often to you and other beauty influencers.
