Great video Gary! We considered a pool home but with 100+ “free” pools in The Villages, no personal maintenance/upkeep required, no insurance implications, etc., we are thankful we did not pursue that feature. Yes, there is an absolute convenience to walk out of your own door and be just steps away from a pool. Have a good weekend!

Gary, are the homes listed with The Villages Properties (non MLS) also shown on Zillow? In the past I’ve seen a handful of homes for sale there with pools as well.

No, Village properties are not on Zillow. I did not look at the Villages properties but you can sometimes find them there as well.
