When I rolled Total Boat Wet Edge paint on my boat, which is also a 1 part boat paint, I got better results by doing a light “tipping” pass with the roller than tipping it with a brush. This paint seems to behave the same way.
I always wear a mask when spraying, when applying by brush or roller in well ventilated areas it is not so essential particularly with single part paints. I don't have any experience with painting bisque clay. I would think it will be ok though even if porous if first sealed with an appropriate primer such as the epoxy or multi marine primers. I have videos on the application of these products as well.
Hi Dan, great video and looks like a good single part option - you don't tip off the rolled applications? Just let it flow out? Thanks!
I rarely tip off these days. I just apply with a roller, minimal working of the surface and then allow it to flow out 👍

I see that you are not wearing a mask while spraying /painting. Is it safe?
Can I use this paint on porous surface like bisque clay? Thank you

@@DanLeeBoatbuildingThank you
can you recommend a mat black paint for aluminium boats?
Will this paint be compatible on a fibre glass hull over an epoxy primer
Yes 👍
