  • The Fin and Forage Team meet up with Captain Doug of Zenmar Offshore to go chase Yellowtail and Calico Sea Bass off of the shores of San Clemente Island. We spent 2 days in the water and spent the night on the deck of the Bobby Lee. It was an absolutely amazing experience and we can't wait to do it again.

Great video! how long was the ride out from Mission Bay? It took us about 6 hours From Long beach in a big scuba boat but they keep it slower to save on gas.

Wow!!!! I want to dive and hunt there!
A question: what's the yellow on the divers weightbelt at 3:13?

Good eye! That's a emergency marker bouy. You fill it with air so boats/planes can spot you more easily if you get separated. While it poses a slight risk of tangling on kelp (just be mindful of it on the belt) it's a life saver if you get abandoned.
