I think Gabe truly cares for Kyle and the business around him. He is looking out for people that might be taking advantage of him, in this case he think Steiny doesn't give a shit about the job. He made Kyle loose $1200 for being late on his flight. I have no doubts that Gabe is a hard working dude who does a good job, but he has seriously grown into a diva. Like, he’s started getting a bit more camera time, and it really seems like it’s gotten to his head.
