- A @JordanBPeterson video had me digging deeper. I'm not shocked, I'm angry.

Clay Novak was commissioned in 1995 as a Second Lieutenant of Infantry and served as an officer for twenty four years in Mechanized Infantry, Airborne Infantry, and Cavalry units . He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2019.

Clay is a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School and is a Master Rated Parachutist, serving for more than a decade in the Airborne community. He was deployed a combined five times to combat in Afghanistan and Iraq.

My doctor still buys into the carbo pyramid base. It's in the mass-produced leaflets he has given me. My darling wife will never relinquish and unlearn it. IT goes deep into the food axioms of our culture. The carbo industry did a great number on us. The profit taking on carbs is BIG and the shelf life long. What is more, when did you last see a mouldy piece of bread? Bread is stiff with preservative which exterminate the microbiome.
About 10-15 years ago, I found a chart of the food pyramid and flipped it upside down. There I fixed it. These days, I eat mostly fats and meat, with an occasional piece of fruit and or vege. And I will splurge with an occasional treat about 3 times a year.

Stick to a proper human diet. We evolved eating animal produce, we aren't designed to consume carbs, sugar or vegetables. So if you want to be healthy, stop eating them, and especially stop eating processed foods including see oils.
