I have only seen one other fanfic where yuji has his own unique curse technique and that was a technique that copied shirou’s powers from fate thanks for this😊

I mean if your having trouble with it then just have him have the ten shadows for the what if deku was Mahoraga. So he can kind have a challenge. Since I believe with the ten shadows technique you could have the ability of your summons with either a vow to sacrifice the summons for you to have the ability of them and etc or maybe learning reverse cursed technique to allow him to have access to their abilities

Yes he can but it's not that easy, to use a technique, he needs a sample like your brain so he needs to capture you into his archive...you'll learn more as you watch
