@@Crdis My Godson from North Miami Bitch, the Ever-Wonderful Sebastian, is entering his freshman year at Happy Valley. I was PSU Class of 1968. (Really.) I'm going to buy a 2-bedroom with 2 pools (hopefully with water in them) and either a Jeep or a Stinkin Nautilus (I live in Manhattan currently). Hopefully Sebastian can invite some of his friends (or enemies) down to cause mischief and stuff. I'm planning on Aventura, close enough to South Bitch but not there. Ocean will be 5 to 10 minutes. Should he go to Pollock or East Hellz?
I would recommend East, as long as he chooses renovated halls. East is where most of the freshman go, so he'll have an easy time making friends and will have a lot of great amenities in his building.
