Prices of B35 does seems to have gone down a lot cause I guess the more popular one is B30. I am going to Tokyo in July and hope to find one or two good deals. Looking to get a pre-loved Bolide and Birkin 30. Thanks again.

Hi 😊 There is a ‘tax free’ price on every price tag in all luxury handbag stores. You just need to show them your passport. Please note that the ‘tax free’ price is only -5% of the original price.

Hi Patrick, thanks for watching my videos 😊 I have only bought things directly from these stores in Japan. I know there are some fraudulent websites selling fake bags. They make their website URL’s similar to the real ones. So beware. ☺️
Japanese preloved stores are 100 percent authentic. It's sort of a given. But do look out for the reviews and check for signs.
There isnt any Lindy in the preloved market...it seems

Hi, can anyone comment on why there are so many pre-loved Hermes bags in Japan? Are they collected from around the world or just “ local”. Always amazed there seem to be 1000s of p-l luxury bags world wide yet it’s reported new are often hard to get.. thank you for sharing these shops Winnie.
Because 1. fashion is very important in Japan. 2. There was a period (I would say between 1990s and early 2000s), Japan was one of the biggest consumers of the high end designer goods (now China is probably ahead).
The bolides are way better priced in the preloved.Winnie what are your thoughts of the b35? They are becoming more affordable in the second hand market. Perhaps a good starter?
Yes, I'd like to know your thoughts too. B35 is heavy as my friends have them but the pre-loved prices seems affordable.

Winnie, can I ask you if getting a Hermés Kelly in HK as a tourist is even possible? In the US and most other countries, Birkin and Kelly have a long wait list and are only offer to regular customers.
It’s the same in HK. I don’t think they sell B and K to walk-in customers. 😊 Thanks ☺️

I heard that rules regarding fake brand goods are very strict in Japan. If a store is catch selling fake bags, that store will have to pay a very big fine. So I would say that it's safe to purchase pre-loved bags in Japan.

Some people have the same question as you. ☺️ I would say, if you have this question when you see these bags, then don’t buy from these shops because it doesn’t matter what I say. You will still be sceptical about them. I authenticate the bags I buy; however, just because I have bought several authentic bags from theses shops, it doesn’t guarantee that all bags they sell are authentic. Therefore, I always tell my viewers that if they can’t have the bag authenticated before buying or if they do not trust the company they are buying from, then don’t buy from them - it is not worth it because it will bother you for a very long time 😊
