It shouldn't be so difficult! After all they are Huns that conquered their territories from the Byzantine Empire during the 8th century. They got mixed up and finally assimilated by South Slavs 4 a long period until the Ottomans enslaved them. With Ottomans being a Southcentral Asian - Hun race as well, lots of cultural elements were exactly the same. Perhaps this is the reason Bulgaria was one of the last Balcanic nations to rebel against the declining Ottoman Empire during the 19th century.

In Bulgaria we have villages with the same toponym “Kabile” :) Kabile or Cybele is associated with the Thracian/Phrygian Mother of the Gods, a primal nature goddess worshipped with orgiastic rites in the mountains of central and western Anatolia and also the Balkan Peninsula (Bulgaria to be more exact) it is fascinating to find out that we have such cultural link with Algeria :)
