You did it again Samita! What a wonderful dish, I feel so hungry now. I have written down your recipe and am definitely going to cook this dish. I am sure your lamb is probably more delicious though. The only part I am unsure of is the spice you put in the oil at the very beginning. Is this Nepali/Indian five spice? I don't have that, so I will just use fenugreek seed. If anyone reading knows the very first spice seeds Samita uses, please tell me. Thank you.
