in this euro chronicles, i travel alone to nice and do some exploring on my own!!! i share a bunch of journaling prompts i was using to reflect on my few months of traveling and get my spirits up during a tougher period. i also train to antibes for a day trip and read my first book of the year (yikes) hope you enjoy! xo

omg travelling alone seems like such a leap especially being in a place where you don’t speak the language so well(for me) ur in between reflective and retrospective voice overs are such a treat. when u talked about u coming to terms with your body changing overtime, i felt that so hard but it’s kind of grounding to see that someone that i see as perfect can think of themself that way. that just goes to show we should try as much as possible to love ourselves in every form which is much easier said than done. my comfort person fr the thumbnail is so pretty too💓💓

Eva I don't know how you do it, but you can make your busted (noo offense haha) nail polish still look so feminine and correct and your "dishwater" pasta looked so yummy. You truly make everything you see, do, wear, etc look so beautiful and idealistic and maybe it has to do with artistry and that you're talented at portraying things, but I think you also truly are living a dream and I just hope all is well for you and that you know how lucky you are (which I'm sure you do). It's crazy to think someone I look up to so much has their own struggles with self image and needs to journal to work through their head. Your videos seem to be one of the few things that can calm me down and bring my mood up when I'm not in the best headspace. If I can't bring myself to face my thoughts and journal, I know I can watch your video, feel better, and then get to it. Just love ya girl, thanks for reminding me what life can be like and what I have to look forward to.

i relate so deeply to when you said that nothing big has to happen for you to be sad or feel low and you need to constantly share how you feel to feel ok
Foreigners don't go to Nice. I'm from south of France, go to Saint Tropez ! And Monaco as a second choice. Maybe Hotel du cap also. Cassis is cute. Aix en Provence. Lac de sainte croix
I went with some friends for a week but one of us was fluent in french which made it easier, but there are definitely more foreigner and women friendly places :)
@@pickle4183 I agree for Nice. I don’t even go there even though I’m from south of France. I don’t know why tourists go there or why it’s known by tourists.
But there are many other places that are amazing.
I spend all my summers in Saint Tropez. Trust me it’s the best.
Politics play a lot in this. In Saint Tropez they refuse to have big buildings to protect the landscape, so it’s more beautiful, and it’s very tourists friendly.
There’s a reason why celebrities spend their summer in Saint Tropez but not Nice
@@marineanneclaire im from germany and we visited nice last month and it was absolutely amazing. i fell in love with the city. we also visited cannes and monaco as day trips but we still enjoyed nice the most. its super underrated i guess ? i cant wait to go back

My grand parents live in Nice and every summer sinds I was born I’ve always been to Nice. It’s practically my second home. I adore every second of it. The little fruit markets. The blue sea. ICECREAM! but also the big shopping malls ❤

Tip about sunscreen:
Reapply every 90 minutes. Most people burn because they don’t use enough sunscreen on the initial application and/or they are not reapplying often enough. Hope that helps. 👌😀

omgg I've been waiting for this one since i saw you came here last summer!! I was born in Antibes, I live in a small city close to it, and I study in Nice! I take the same train you took, every day to go to uni :') I hope you enjoyed your time in both cities, even though it was a bit more chill, it’s nice to have time alone and to think about yourself and your own well-being!
If you decide to come back one day, you probably saw but if you take the same train you took and stay in, you can go to Cannes and even Grasse, which are also very cute in some parts!
