I’ve noticed semester abroad programs seem so chill compared to normal classes in ur home country it’s cool to see the different educational systems in countries. kinda gives a breather so you can enjoy the actual experience and not stress about school so much. you seem more at ease about it than before. I’m glad
the inspiration you give through your videos is special. Cause it's not the kind of inspiration you get from watching videos that makes you want to climb the Everest at 3 AM, the kind you forget in the morning when you wake up. Your videos give inspiration to live the day to day life, to drink coffee, talk to friends, feel the sun, and read books.
Loved that part where you explained you major. Would love a whole video dedicated to you talking about it! Also would love a video dedicated to some of your fav books!
i love how your vlogs are so cinematiccally edited, yet still in such a casual vlog style. that really is, very inspiring and honestly so fun to watch!
Eva I look forward to your vlogs weekly! I'm studying abroad next year and your videos always get me so excited. I write down so many of your reccs! Also wanted to say that I loved the part of the video where you talked about your major. You are so well-spoken, intelligent and clearly passionate about what you're studying. Hearing about your classes is so interesting!! The way you capture the world is incredible, keep on doing what you do!!💕💕
i love your vlogs so much and the little updates of your life that you share.. something about the aesthetic way you portray things and the music you select makes me feel so calm :) Ive been watching all of ur videos for such a long time now and I just wanted to let you know that I am always so glad when I see one of your new videos pop up on my page.. The nice atmosphere you create and the way you design the whole "flow" of your vlogs really really inspires me!!!!!! hope u have a lovely day and jus wanted to say that ur vlogs are always nice to end and to start the day with and i look forward to the next one 🌸🌸☀
i love your vlogs as always :) they’re so therapeutic, and have really helped me get through the exam season. those were the hardest exams of my life and now i am on the other side after yesterday’s final exam!! your perspective to life is so inspiring to me, and watching your videos has had an impact to better myself. for instance, i have been motivated a lot these days, and have been making life-changing decisions. in fact yesterday i confirmed that i will be going to ual, my dream university! furthermore i am flying to italy with my dad tomorrow which is crazy, as so many major things are happening at once :,) really looking forward to this new ‘chapter’ of my life as cliché as that sounds, and i feel like your vlogs have motivated so many people like me to work hard and appreciate the details that surround us everyday. your videos are so relaxing and a breath of fresh air during one of the most stressful periods of my life!!!
i love your vlogs soo much! im actually looking for something to study after i finish my business degree next year and what you're learning sounds fascinating!!! Thanks so much for sharing x
Eva, your study videos always give me a huge motivation!!! From your original school day in my life, I just into you and your channel immediately. Through your camera, I see the diversity in Montreal and school life in Canada, which I am so obsessed with. So, by your inspiration, after 3 years, currently I’m going to be a student at Queen’s Uni. I am so grateful for your school and college video, giving me a big inspiration for deciding my future. btw please make more school and study videos pls!!!❤
i'm also doing a study exchange at the University of Copenhagen from Canada! So sad that my time in CPH is almost over, really relate to the observations u made and also the café life in the city! Hope you enjoy the rest of your study abroad~
Pretty interesting to see what students learn in cultural studies and how it resonates in the real world. It's so easy to overlook these topics as someone from a engineering major. But so insightful
I would love to experience a semester of college abroad; it seems like such a valuable and exciting experience! I'm looking forward to watching this video, as always; your videos are seriously unlike anything I've ever watched; your videos always put me at ease and your storytelling transports me to wherever you are! 💗
really, really loved this vlog + you explaining more of your major and exchange situation and it makes me very happy to see you happier, more comfortable and enjoying your exchange :D do you see yourself moving to Copenhagen in the future (even if short term)?
also currently studying abroad but in a completely different country, eva’s videos bring me so much shared comfort reiterating the same fears and concerns I have to help me through the tough times and tell me it’s okay to feel the way I’m feeling. thank you always eva 🫶🏻
Love this !! If you are looking for another french book to read, I'm reading "L'Etranger" by Camus and it is actually written in a very digestible and easy to read French. I'm also trying to start reading more in french and I thought this book was perfect to get back into it !!
Hey! i'm french and "l'étranger "by Albert Camus is a good clasic one ,i think you should try "mercure "by Amélie Nothomb it's a hard one but my favourite french book of all time
omg I live in malmo and you were so close to my school to !!! The second hand shops here is mehh and kinda overpriced but if you come to malmo again you should visit Kungsparken & Slottsparken (they´re rlly nice and love having picnics there on sunny days) 💕
I'm living vicariously through your amazing videos! Speaking of travel gear, have you heard about the new V4 of the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane? It's designed to make your trips even more organized and stylish. I thought it might be a perfect fit for your travel adventures.
I don't know if you left Dk yet. But if not go to Bakken it is like 20 min from copenhagen. It is an amusement park in the forrest. And there is a art gallery not that far from there. You should really tjek those out. You love it.
An idea of specifically cultural hegemony can be seen through the oppression and assimilation of colonialism on countries such as india or hong kong! A book called ‘the god of small things’ is an especially excellent example of it
I was about to comment something related to this! How cultural hegemony is also related to colonialism and imperialism, since she hasnt mentioned that in the video.

Most of the time it’s more chill on purpose for you to have more free time and be able to enjoy the city+culture+meet people ;))

you put it into perfect words, theres something so calming and interesting abt her vlogs
For Copenhagen winter gloom: 3 Things: Candles-always. Lambskin. Fairy lights. With these ingredients you'll absolutely love the dark, cozy winters.
I will never not be in awe with your captivating storytelling. You just make the mundane so magical Eva ⭐💗💗

From someone who lives in copenhagen and is from Copenhagen, I love seeing the city from an "outsider"!
you sound like you really love your major and as someone who is in an opposite situation, i am SOOO happy for you 🥹🩷
Another chic and beautiful vlog. Thanks for explaining your course, and posting again! 🥰

Gramsci's concept of "cultural hegemony" is interesting as well, I wonder if you have or will learn about him and this!
