Ktm 990 Adventure rear brake pad change

Rear pad replacement. Nothing fancy or advanced but hope it helps someone out there.

Thank you, I had a similar problem on my 990 SM , was bleeding brakes for days... no pressure. Was riding without rear brakes for two months. I serviced the rear master cylinder and now have rear brakes again. Much needed for controlling wheelies 😁

Hi, wouldn't it be a good idea to take the caliper off to give it a proper clean? You can also use the moment to grease the sliding rail that the caliper attaches to. Also, if I remember correctly, one should grease the pin that holds the pads in place with copper grease.

You are absolutely correct:) at the time i wasnt that familiar with the bike but when i do this again i might do the caliper:)
