Thanks for the video. My second fav pedal and its nice to know how it works. I have got to look and see if you have done a Morley as I have one with issues that replacing the bad led only helped marginally.
There's a video somewhere on the tube with somebody modding a Morley wah pedal. Not sure what issues you are having (I don't own this pedal), but he changes the plastic aperture in order to affect the characteristic of the light going through to the LDR
