Ken just wanna make a point. Every time you talk, you’re pounding your desk and my boombox is going crazy while I’m listening to in the car. Just thought I’d mention it, buddy love these talks!
Thank you for presenting "Dei Verbum"! 1:01:40 "It all makes sense," Ken says. The Judaizers that the Church had to deal with in that first Counsel reported in Acts 15, were clearly Bible-believers! They were the best Bible readers -- they were Pharisees, who believed what their Bible taught -- a man had to be circumcised to enter the Temple. If Jesus is the Temple we enter through the Eucharist, then clearly circumcision was necessary. It needed the Church coming together in the Holy Spirit to read the Scriptures through the eyes of the Living Word Who is The Gospel, Incarnate in Jesus and continuing in the Body of His Bride, the Church. I love this document!
The telephone game doesn't have the Holy Spirit to make you remember every detail. Especially the words spoken by Jesus. At first, Jesus didn't ask the apostels to write a book like God had asked Jeremiah.
Very good conversation! I will be staying tunes. God bless you OTJ!

"Providence"? Me too. I didn't think about how God made sure these were the Scriptures, and no others. I just knew they were.
@@susand3668best question to ask a non Catholic who says “God did it…” - yes! But how?
