@@jemma3423 Keith, Ned, and Eugene are all allergic to cats. Keith and Becky are actually both allergic to their kitties so they take allergy meds every day so they can be with their lovely fur babies. (They’ve mentioned this on various episodes of the Trypod & You Can Sit With Us)

Miles told the story on his YT on how he got this job at The Try Guys and At first, Ned and Keith remember Miles from Buzzfeed and they asked Miles if he wants to work to their company.. I guess this “fame” went on Ned’s head andddd it goes downhill.
As a former cart associate, just having a conversation about this makes me smile that we're bringing awareness to stray carts and how hard it makes the job!!! :)

I totally understand the frustration. I was a cart attendant in retail. Especially in the summer it was horrible going across the whole parking lot collecting them
Only if your disabled or have small kids/babies in the car should you be allowed to put ur cart anywhere. I only say small babies because one time my son started screaming his head off because i had to walk(jog actually) far to put the cart away and he thought i was leaving..and he asked me everytime after we went to the grocery store if i was leaving...so the cart was left right next to my car. I think if anyone saw his sad face asking that they would understand.
luckily i don’t have to deal with this now, but at my first job i was often the one who had to go out and search the parking lot for shopping carts. we were not a grocery store, i worked at marshals in a mall plaza & we didn’t have a cart corral. any customer that took their cart out pretty much left it within any part of the parking lot, which was about the size of a football field. sometimes we’d have to go into the neighboring jcpenny, justice or even boscovs which was on the other side of the mall. if a cart got left in the mall grounds outside the store after closing, that was strictly on us. 17 YEARS OLD, UNDER 5 FT TALL.
I know they always say something about wow what a mess of a podcast. But tbh, you guys are so great that it's actually a crazy interesting podcast. It's good to talk about the deeper part of life sometimes and then go back to laughter. It's perfect

Omg y’all the eggs haha. Okay, for anyone curious, different breeds lay different colors. The most common egg laying breed is the Leghorn and they lay white eggs. Most dual purpose breeds lay brown eggs and are bigger birds, more to feed. (Dual purpose meaning you can keep them for eggs and meat). The leghorn is a tiny egg laying machine of a bird. I don’t care for keeping them in my flock cuz they have health issues tho.
The SIZE of the egg is based on age! Older hens layer bigger eggs. Pullets (less than a year old) lay small eggs. Big egg companies won’t usually keep chicken longer than a year or two so most eggs you get from a grocery store are small and from pullets.

Shopping carts, put them away I always thought. Until I talked with someone with MS and she told me how happy it makes her to have a cart already near her car. Then she can use the cart instead of figuring out her walker and the cart. Carts allowed near special spots are now ok with me.
This was something I absolutely was going to comment! I also have a friend with MS who also likes the cart for this. I will occasionally try to leave one that is reachable from disabled parking without blocking everything.

So after some Googling, it looks like the wasps are part of the pollination cycle, but their bodies are completely digested by the fruit. The crunchy bits in the edible part of a fig are seeds, not wasp parts

Low key I’m from Cali and I’m like 40 only 😐
We had these edibles called Bomb Chips, they sold a "baller bag" that was 1,000mg, they were sour cream and onion flavor and were the tastiest chips in the world medicated or not. I've been smoking for more of my life than I haven't at this point so I though it was fine. I knew I shouldn't eat them like normal chips but I couldn't help it. My husband left to go pick up dinner, he came back and I had a hoodie on and was in the bed watching TV with my hood on with the world's reddest eyes. My husband loves to recount that night. 😂😂😂 They were so good I kept doing it until the bag was gone lol!

@@stardollfanful He had to stop making them due to funding when the California laws changed a few years ago. We started buying scratchers hoping to win enough to invest! 😂 He had 100 flavors which included a range of super hot ones, and "dip chips" which were sweet flavors dipped in chocolate. They were phenomenal!!! Honestly the best chips we've ever had, they didn't taste medicated at all but were heavy hitters. He had 100mg bags too so you could better moderate your dosage. R.I.P Bomb Chips!!

I’ve listened to this podcast about 4 times just to here Keith’s weed/plane experience. The first time I listened I was also just hitting the peak of my high-ness and it was hilarious. I would love to here their other weird/bad (at the moment) experiences while under the influence

I'm from Spain and here in most supermarkets you need to insert a coin to be able to use the carts. They have a chain that connects the carts to one another (and lastly to a wall or a post) so you insert a coin to release it and if you want the coin back you have to take it back.
Cue me looking at my edibles packages and finding out they are all 100mg 😳 no wonder I can't function when I eat one 😂

After the pandemic I agree with Zach about loosing faith in people. I've worked in the service industry my whole life. I actually enjoyed it. I thought I'd open my own restaurant one day. I was the GM of a popular local restaurant at the beginning of the pandemic. People became so awful. People that had been regulars for YEARS. They had always been pleasant in the past. All of a sudden regulars that we had been serving for years treated us like garbage.
I left the restaurant industry because of this.
I couldn't believe how quick everybody was ready to take out their frustration on people they clearly viewed as "beneath" them.
Same here. Was in the food service industry for a decade but the pandemic made it unbearable. Seeing how the company was managing the situation also opened my eyes and realized how little anyone cares. Left a few months back and am happier and healthier.
@@Fe-be yeah it was one of the reasons I left my GM position. I didn't feel right telling people what to do when I didn't personally agree that it was safe. The owner of the restaurant made it real clear he didn't actually care for our health or wellbeing.
The crazy setup of Miles mooning Zach sounds like a video on par with Eugene Sitting in Keith's Lap
I always put my cart back. That being said , I do believe there are times when people can’t. Think of a mom with three small kids that she has to deposit into the car and the return is too far away for her to feel comfortable to take it all the way back. People with mobility issues that it is hard for them. I think people should put the cart back, but I’m not going to say that anyone who doesn’t is inherently selfish.
I also commented that I think that test is too simplistic, better test is how you treat service people, because it shows me how you treat people when they’re defenseless. (After being pregnant and could barely walk, it was eye opening how far cart returns feel when you’re exhausted and in pain.)
Great point! Growing up my parents always had us look out for others who needed their cart put back & have us politely offer. Probably a small town thing but I still do it when I can.

So the reason you get different colored eggs is because there are different types of chickens. We have some that lay a dark brown, some lay light brown, and some of them lay blue/green eggs, because they are different breeds.
@Alicia en el Pais de las Maravillas a lot of farms have a machine with rollers that separate the eggs based on size. They get separated into medium, large, and extra large eggs. That’s why they’re all the same size.
There are some really beautiful blue , purple, green coloured ones too! All dependent on breed as op said

I remember the time I got way too high. I tried to put water on my face to calm down but forgot to move my hands from in front of my face and I almost drowed myself.
I have a similar experience lmao. Got too high and needed to wash my hands. Washed hands with warm water. Forgot to remove hands and turn off faucet. Water got hotter and hotter. I was wondering why my hands were getting so damn hot. Burned my hands cuz I forgot I was washing my hands.

Guys I got entirely too high on 100mg when I was younger so I thought maybe that was a lot... so fast forward to more recently I thought 40 was going to be nothing, I tried it and got entirely too high and drunk. I did the 40 on an empty stomach with a redbull and and some rum. It was wild. My boyfriend had to help me leave my friends wedding because I could smell colors. I never knew that 15mg was high to most people 😂
It def depends on tolerance. I smoke dabs, and need to eat about 700mg before feel edibles. Every body is different haha.

for people concerned by fast fashion I highly reccomend learning simple mending techniques, diy stain removal and buying second hand whenever possible. I buy most of my clothes off poshmark, vintage from etsy or at thrift stores, I know it is not accessible to everyone but if you can it really does make a difference on the amount of clothes being sent to a landfill. you can also cut up old clothes to use as rags as keith says. I haven't bought any new clothes other than underwear in years and it makes me have more appreciation for my wardrobe ♡ I still have clothes from over 10 years ago because I have embraced visible mending.
Egg facts: ear lobe color determines egg color. And washing the egg removes a protective wax layer.

I completely agree with Zach. I always return my shopping cart and always pick up my dogs poop. It honestly bugs me so much that not everyone does. We live in a *society* and that should mean something to people but sadly it doesn’t. And I agree that I used to have faith in people that most people were good, but after seeing how most people handled the pandemic, my faith in humanity has unfortunately been shaken. But yeah me and Zach are both Leos so it’s funny to me that we both have had a similar realization. I’m glad there are still some good people like Zach in this world. 💗
