Ngl the moment I start playing the game the lags are crazy even though it's on the minimum settings possible. Cutscenes are cool. But the gameplay a lot of lags just bothering me... Maybe because of the rush of the release created this problem?

Im just patiently waiting for the PS5 release; I have played some on PC same as you with low low settings & it's not HORRIBLE but I definitely see my hardware struggling from time to time which I expected :)
