It should be random note, random hold and random arc directions, or force hold all 4 triggers and then the thumbs need to alternate flicking the stick and pushing buttons in the weird rhythm
Latest update put it on par with mobile version 4.1 I think. The only missing thing now is the beyond charts and some collabs that may be added later now that we know that the DLC aren't limited to Switch games with the Wacca collab. Worst-case scenario they will add that in an update next year. Hopefully they can add it before this year ends.
