Oh my.. I do know how you feel. I used to work in a company here they released 300 new designs every quarter and I had to photograph them. I love photography but it is draining. Only suggestion I have - have some music, plan it as a production line and prep as much you can and just know you will need some quality time off afterwards.
And goals are tricky. When you write them down it's just one line but it real life it can take days. It has affected me too. So now I have started to really split goals in sections - prepare for the photoshoot, photograph 1/3... photograph 2/3, edit, upload etc.. because I know for sure it's just not doable in one day even if there are only 20 products.

Yes you are being too hard on yourself! You can only do so much and you are doing your best ! Always remember that ! You are “ only human” ! Putting too much pressure on your shoulders ! Try to hone in on the here and now and not look at the long range picture. ! Just what’s in front of you at the moment !!! Its all we can all do !!! ❤ Marilyn
