I am never going to organize or participate on a sensory board, yet you made the subject compelling. Thank you, Brewbird. Well done, as always.

They are actually really fun, just a lot of details to think about.

Another great topic, 7 was my number. I wish I had had access to these videos before the last exam.
I had a tour at the borders distillery the other day, it was a cool trip. I got to sample some of the new make spirit, no whiskey from their stills yet unfortunately!

7! You're proving my point. Wow, you went to The Borders Distillery, that's very cool for me to hear.😀

Any recommendations or possibly a future video about being a good participant? You noted the bad things like eating 30 min prior, being sick etc. Are there good practices as a participant that I can prepare or even train for? Awesome and fun video series! Learning a lot from these educational videos you've been putting out lately.

Hi! Thanks for watching. I did mention good practices in this video and in my previous video. As for training your participants to become better panelists, I will go over some of the sensory tests next video.

Can you make a video on how to determine attributes to be evaluate for sensory analysis for drinks or other example you might want to use? Thank you

Still learning a lot! My sensory test is getting closer! Any good reading you may suggest to design and analyze the data after the testing?
So far, I have been getting good ideas =)

I studied “sadistics” at uni. Interestingly, if you have 100 people, the ‘sadistic’ chance of 2 people sharing the same birthday is..
    1 in 365 days?
    Nope!
    It’s over 50%
Also, pickling a number between 1 & 10 also has a sociological component.
    The odds are 7,6,5,3,8,4,9,10,1,2
Might be 5,6. Can’t remember exactly
