Again a bad design for a DA telescoop cylinder! De pressurized piston seals have to pass the radial holes that supply oil to the annular side. They will not last very long. You can do that with piston rings like in 2 stroke engines, not with elastomer seals. Designed by a seal manufacturer? I was a hydraulic cylinder design engineer for 42 years, retired now

We have a 4 stage cylinder that fully extends reteacts the first stage then dead stops what would cause that

I can’t believe you didn’t take the time to lubricate the cylinder once you discovered it was that sticky . Spoiled the entire presentation !
