It's highly recommended every after 100km beyond that oil will be so dirty, less in viscosity and affect engine performance.
my bm150X changed OIL after even around 800 KM

This is nice and very helpful. I have a question though. How do you usually start your bike in the morning when the engine is cold?
I live in Dar es Salaam Tanzania,I never experienced any cold start issues, and I never used a kick starter, only an electric starter.

I usually let it run for a like 5 mins with slight revs to get the engine to warm up.
