Loved the video! Also to answer your question, alot of the secret rooms are references, The mirrored one with the invisible wall is a "Petscop" reference, the room you were previewing before showing the double mushroom room was a reference to "The Walten Files", and the bedroom labeled "Nightmare" is a Five Nights At Freddy's reference.

I love all of these enemies! Havent played isaac in years but im making a mod list in case I do play it again and I definitely am adding this one! I do wish less of the enemies spawned in the ascent and that some that spawned in the photo paths spawned in one or the other, like the aqua worm only spawning in the dark room would be cool because the dark room floats in some unknown place and that would be a cool variant to see of them. Gotta say, the water in the chest does look really good though, so I wont say that its bad either! Very cool mod

I think it's interesting that the minibosses don't overlap with the Fiend Folio ones at all despite having very similar roles- Camillo and Holy One seem to be native to Sheol/Cathedral, while Psion and Gravedigger are invaders to those areas
