2007 Ford F150 5.4L Triton no crank, no start problem solved.

  • Almost ordered a PCM after troubleshooting the starter circuit and all fuses. Took the battery tray out to get a better look at the wiring harness and found where some critter had chewed the ground wire.

    I just did timing on my 2005 5.4 and it doing about the same thing but I don’t think anything got chewed up. The bolts on the starter might be loose or the ground to that wire on mine is completely corroded.

    Mine is a
    No crank
    No start
    No comms
    Clicking on throttlebody
    Haven't found issue as yet .

      Check PCM fuses and relay

      Check your cluster, pcm and fuses. Normally when you have a no crank, no start, no comm., it'll be a defective cluster or the anti-theft transiever.
