In some states the person could be brought up on attempted murder charges. When you have sex with someone you really are having sex with everyone they have. What if one of those people were not as upfront as he says he is?

Last week I met a guy, things were going as good as they could, until he dropped a bomb on me. He was respectful enough to let me know that he has “the gift that keeps on giving”. He asked if it was a dealbreaker. I told him that it’s a dealbreaker. Y’all I thought he was going to tell me that he was transgender. But that would’ve been a dealbreaker as well. The nurse asked the question, not because his particular immune system isn't healthy, but because that's a standard question that she'd ask of anyone who has HIV.
