Ingredients List-
1+1/2 Cup Yellow Moong Dal( मूंग दाल)
1 inch Ginger( अदरक)
7-8 Medium Garlic Cloves( लहसून)
2 tsp Coarse Coriander Seeds( दरदरा साबुत धनिया)
2 tsp Coarse Fennel Seeds( दरदरी सौंफ)
1 tsp Coarse Cumin Seeds( दरदरा जीरा)
1 tsp Red Chilli Flacks( कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च)
1/2 tsp Coarse Black Pepper( कुटी हुई काली मिर्च)
2 Pinch Turmeric Powder( हल्दी पाउडर)
2 Pinch Asafoetida( हींग)
Salt to taste( नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 Big Finely Chopped Onion( बारीक कटा प्याज)
1 Cup Finely Chopped Spinach( बारीक कटा पालक)
1-2 Green Chilli( हरी मिर्च)
1/2 Cup Coriander leaves( ताज़ा धनिया)
Oil for frying( तेल तलने के लिए)
For Chatni-
2 Cup Coriander leaves( धनिया पत्ती)
3-4 Green Chilli( हरी मिर्च)
1 inch Ginger( अदरक)
2-3 Garlic Cloves( लहसून)
1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts( भुनी हुई मूंगफली)
1/4 tsp Black Salt( काला नमक)
1/4 tsp Salt( सादा नमक)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds( जीरा)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice( नींबू रस)
Chilled water( ठंडा पानी)
